Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
These terms explain how you can use Haivenly, our household management service. By creating an account, you accept these terms. For questions, contact hello@haivenly.app.
Account creation and AI processing
AI is part of Haivenly’s core service. To complete account creation, you must explicitly agree to AI processing. The signup screen explains who processes your information and what is sent; its agreement starts unchecked. Returning users are not asked to accept again each time they sign in.
With your permission, Haivenly uses OpenAI, Microsoft Azure and Supabase to process messages, relevant household context, receipt photos and text, items, recipes, meal preferences, and task or project text. This supports request understanding, receipt reading, suggestions, search and matching.
You can withdraw AI permission in Settings. This stops future AI processing; requests already sent cannot be recalled. Household records, account deletion and sign-out remain available. AI-generated suggestions can be incorrect; review suggestions and actions before confirming them.
Your account and household
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account information. Share household access only with people you authorize. Household members can see shared information according to their permissions; you remain responsible for the information you add and the actions you confirm.
Privacy and optional anonymous sharing
AI processing permission and anonymous knowledge sharing are separate choices. Anonymous sharing starts off for new households and can be managed by household admins in Settings. Eligible product facts and aggregate prices are published only with consent from at least three distinct households.
Already published anonymous catalog facts and aggregate prices remain after sharing is stopped or an account is deleted. Below three currently consenting households, we retain the last published prices and dates rather than recalculating from one or two households.
Leaving Haivenly
You can request account deletion from Settings → Profile. The privacy policy describes private-data removal, shared household content that may remain for other members, and cleanup timing.
Beta service and changes
Haivenly is currently a beta service. Features and availability may change as we improve it. We will tell you about meaningful changes to how we use your data. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection, processing, sharing and deletion. The Privacy Policy and these terms remain available in Settings after you sign in.
