Subscription Terms

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

These Subscription Terms are between you and Haivenly, LLC (“Haivenly”, “we”). They add to the Haivenly Terms and Conditions and cover paying for Haivenly.

1. Plans, prices and the free trial

One Haivenly subscription covers your whole household: every member, on every device.

There are two plans: Monthly at $7.99 per month, and Yearly at $79.99 per year.

Prices are in US dollars. Every new household starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start it, and the trial does not turn into a paid plan unless you subscribe. When a trial ends without a subscription, your household becomes read-only (section 4).

2. Billing and automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. When you are first charged depends on where you subscribe:

On the web (haivenly.app), billed by Stripe: your first charge is when your free trial or other free period ends. If less than about two days of free time remain, billing starts the day you subscribe. After that, you are charged every month or year on that date.

In the iPhone app, billed by Apple: you are charged immediately when you confirm, and any remaining trial days end at that moment. The subscription renews every month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Apple purchases are charged to your Apple Account and are also governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms. A household has one active subscription at a time, on one platform.

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

  • Web subscriptions: cancel in Haivenly under Settings, Billing, Manage subscription.

  • App Store subscriptions: cancel in your iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial periods, except where the law requires it. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the access it paid for ends.

4. Failed payments and when access ends

If a web renewal payment fails, we retry it for up to 14 days and you keep access meanwhile. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled. App Store payment problems follow Apple’s billing grace period.

When a free trial, promotional period or subscription ends without a renewal, your household becomes read-only: everyone can still see and export everything, but adding and editing pause until someone subscribes. Your data is not deleted because a subscription ended. You can delete your account and data anytime in Settings.

5. AI features and fair use

Haivenly’s AI features, such as reading receipts, answering questions, suggesting meals and helping you plan, are included in your subscription with a generous fair-use allowance per household: one amount for the free trial and one per calendar month for subscribers. Normal household use stays well within it.

If a household reaches its allowance, AI features pause until the allowance resets (the 1st of the month, or when you subscribe during a trial). Everything else in Haivenly keeps working. We may adjust the allowance to keep the service sustainable, and will tell you before reducing it.

6. Codes and promotions

We may offer codes or promotions that give a household free time before it subscribes. Each one has its own terms, such as how long it lasts, how many households can use it, and when it expires. Codes are redeemed on the web, apply only before a household subscribes, have no cash value, and may be limited or withdrawn at any time. When a promotional free period ends, the household continues on a paid plan only if someone subscribes.

7. Price changes, taxes, availability and changes to these terms

  • Price changes: we will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription. It takes effect at your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it does. App Store price changes also follow Apple’s consent rules.

  • Taxes: prices may not include sales tax. Where tax applies, it is shown before you pay.

  • Availability: subscriptions on the web are offered to customers in the United States.

  • Changes to these terms: we will post changes here with a new date and email you about material changes. Continuing your subscription after a change takes effect means you accept it.

  • Contact: support@haivenly.app.

8. Who subscribes, and ending a subscription

A household admin subscribes for the whole household and is responsible for its payments. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe.

We may suspend or end a subscription that is used in breach of the Haivenly Terms and Conditions, for example for fraud or abuse. If we end a subscription for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
